Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by OPS23 ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Portugal. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

We provide DevOps, infrastructure management, and security services. Our services are subject to the following terms:

  • Service delivery is subject to a separate Service Agreement
  • Services are provided on an as-available basis
  • We maintain the right to modify service scope with notice
  • Service levels are defined in individual agreements
  • Emergency support terms are specified in service contracts

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OPS23 and are protected by Portuguese and international intellectual property laws.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your accounts and credentials
  • Promptly report any security incidents
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Pay agreed fees according to payment terms

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPS23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with the use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, specifically in Braga.
